[Boatanchors] Xtals

These are MOST likely from the MILITARY expansion pack for the KWM-2A.

That package is VERY extansive.  I have personally only seen about eight 
or nine of those packs.  Only one was in civilian hands, although they 
ARE all over!

Initially just for the military, it became issued to MARS operators, the 
KWM-2A AND the expansion xtal set.
