It probably also would be useful to know the minimum and maximum prices
paid for this stuff. Similar to how AADE use to compile Ebay prices.

Breaking down by days of the week, months, etc. is akin to combing your
lawn one blade at a time. In the end, it makes no real difference unless
of course you have "Collins" tattooed  on your forehead and you
absolutely have to know this.
