I used to just scrape a little wax off of the old wax capacitors.  It was
real handy.

There's also a commercial product called Tech-Tac.  Works well.

I bought a container maybe 10 years ago, and probably have enough for a
lifetime.  It's probably just beeswax.  Whatever works :-)
