Allied also carries Xcelite, as probably do a lot of local stores (Ace 
Electronics here in Houston does).  Their current catalog lists the 99 series 
(interchangable bit) spline driver set.

However, I haven't turned up a recent source for the L-type wrenches.  GC 
(General Cement) and Wabsco used to offer them (I have a couple of sets of each) 
but I don't know where those two vendors went.
