[Boatanchors] Mystery HF Receive Converter?

I acquired what appears to be a homebrew 80-10M
receive converter at a Fest.

I have posted pictures on my Web page

and wonder if anyone recognizes the design.

Uses one 5654 and one 6J6.

It is very nicely built and I'd like to figure
out how to power it up if I can -- would hate to
disassemble such nice work for parts.

On the back are a 4-pin power connector and two BNC's.
Still trying to trace-out the power connector wiring.
