BC-625 - Transmitter of SCR-522 xcvr, was heavily modified
in the 50-60's.  28V was primary voltage for Dynamotor PS
and filiaments, as all airborne stuff (newer items are 400Hz)
but was designed for carbon mic, suppose any hi-z dynamic
or ceramic mic would work ok if that is what the tube is for
as a preamp.

A lot of early CB sets used HiZ mics, Johnsons etc, even
Regency early two-ways, so a mic shouldn't be hard to find.
If you get in a real hurt we have a lot of used ones in various
states of repair/defect.

I even have a complete, (virgin) unmodified SCR-522 that 
will attempt to cable up when find a dynamotor some day!
