[Boatanchors] Help, Capacitor rating cange ?

Hi Guy's
I have a old navy variable power supply with the old wax caps in it. One blew. It used 2 mfd at 300 vdc. I have on hand 6.o mfd at 350 vdc. will they work ok or is the mfd to far off ?
it is on a OA2 Tube and its is 0-300 v ,variable and fixed 6.3v rating.
