[Boatanchors] SB-10 SSB Adapter

The SB-10 is an interesting adapter. Besides upper and lower sideband,
you can also operate DSB suppressed carrier or DSB AM or just AM on
either sideland.
For better sideband suppression replace the balanced modulator tubes with
6201's. Also, replace the Carrier Null pots with 5 or 10 turn devices.
Makes it easier to null the carrier.
