After about 6 years I just completed a major renovation of my radio website.
The website is 390 pages not counting the "archive directory". Those of you
in the Collins community will especially enjoy this feature - look under
"Fun Stuff" for the Collins archive it has schematics of the old
transmitters and "Collins Signal" from the 30's. Much interesting data. The
majority is other than Collins.
The site opens with "Welcome to my world" in 10 languages --- I think our
collecting hobby is a world wide endeavor. I like everyone to feel welcome.
My goal is to further the hobby and get more people interested as well as
promote the "Amateur Radio Service" for good will in our communities and
world wide.
Please bare with me on the website. It is a big site so if you find
something not right please let me know. I am sure I have plenty of
misspellings and links that may fault. Let me know the browser you are using
if you take time to report a fault.
This site was designed for optimum performance with a broadband connection
running IE 7.0. Many of the pictures can be enlarged to over 1024X1024. If
you use IE 7.0 they will auto size. Some of the pictures open small and can
be dragged to a larger size by "click and grab" a corner.
For the first view let the "Flash" page complete - this took some work.
