Frank,
First thing, pull the internal mic amplifier out of the line and run the 
D-104 straight through to the HT-32. The D-104 is a high - impeadance mic 
and the mic input on the old boat anchor gear is also high impeadance. The 
HT-32 manual will show you the mic pin out if I remember correctly ( I have 
one here) If you have any other questions, drop me a line.

Does anyone know of any special wiring set up for an Astatic d-104/T-UG8 
amplified base to work with a Hallicrafters HT-32A. Any help is appreciated.
