[Boatanchors] Need advice on RME 45B Please...

The switch is the ANL control, this is supposedly only on the 45B but I have
what is probably a later model 45 that also has this in addition to the one
on my 45B; following earlier RME practice it is not labeled.  It does a
decent job on some noise.
