[Boatanchors] Viking KW Machbox Dials

I know that this request is a long shot but I am looking for the knobs and 
dial plates that were on the E.F. Johnson Viking KW matchbox.

Specifically, I am trying to find the dial plates - 0-100 - to use in a 
reproduction Collins 10A exciter, made in 1933.

Might anyone have a source of these 4 inch dial plates marked from 0 - 100.
