Are you referring to the 12AT6 audio amplifier, the
6AL5, 12AX7, 6AT6 TNS/audio amplifier, or something
else?

The first two circuits are in the Surplus Conversion
Handbook from the CQ Technical Series by Ton Kneitel
(Cat. No. 122).
