Twinax is twin-lead in a shield.

Most twinax cabling is between 75 ohms and 150 ohms impedance. This is
good because many real-world (non-vertical) antennas have impedances
in that range.

Very common is Belden 9463 (75 ohms) or Belden 9207 (100 ohms) for example.

You can often find this stuff by the dumpsterfull when they are
decommisioning old IBM twinax cabling. Most of the computer stuff
is a little skinny for a 1kw transmitter but would work great
for a 100W transmitter or receiver. Occasionally you run across
a stash of the "thick" (externally looks like a RG-8 or larger)
twinax that was used as a backbone.
