[Boatanchors] 50 ohm 'twin lead'?

Hi Steve, Meir & Gang,
Someone, maybe Amphinol, makes or made twin leads for
both transmitting and receiving. Both 70 Ohm. The receiving
lead was very small but I used for transmitting with good
results running 300 watts SSB and CW.
I'd like a source of both sizes.
