[Boatanchors] FS: 5868 4/1250 Tubes

It looks like a 4-1000.  It smells like a 4-1000, but it is NOT a 4-1000
equivalent.  I have a dead one to prove it will NOT work as a
replacement to a 4-1000.  It's anode dissipation is only 400W with a
maximum anode voltage of 4000 making it more like a big 4-400.
