The UPM-6 is a very useful general 3 cm radar test set. It can measure
power output (average power), receiver sensitivity and frequency, etc. I
used to find the one I had very useful for setting up marine radar heading
markers as the test set can be made to operate as a transponder. It is
specifically tailored for 3 cm. radar use and not much good for anything
else.
