Sad news indeed. You could hand rub the plastic clear again with some
plastic polish which is used to polish headlamps on cars to rid of
sandblasting from the roads. Go check out AutoZone or whatever you have
out there. Next time, try Simple Green to clean your treasures. It won't
attach the plastic nor your skin.
