[Boatanchors] Phenolic tube sockets

Where can I find those phenolic sockets that have two thin pieces of 
phenolic?  You find them the older pre-WWII receivers.

I need four and five pin types for my reproduction Collins 30W.

I will take used or new ones, if available.

Antique Electronics and Radio Daze do not have them in 4 or 5 pin.
