All you need to do is put a switch in to increase the bias and change the
screen voltage for class C. You then increase the drive to get into class C.
Your mixer/driver will have to have enough extra output to drive them into
grid current for class C. Look in some of the mid 60's handbooks for
universal amplifiers with a pair of 6146's. It will give all the info for a
dual mode amplifier.
