The final manual on RAK-7/RAL-7 is NAVSHIPS 900,480.  Reprint available for 
$27.40 plus shipping.

The manual shows six (6) terminals on the power supply.  Terminal 6 in the 
power supply and Terminal 9 in the receiverare identified as Shield (cable).

The rest of the terminals are as follows:

Power Supply

1 - B- and Chassis
2 - 6.3 VAC
3 - 6.3 VAC
4 - +90 V
5 - +180 V
6 - Shield


Receiver

1 - B- and Chassis
2 - 6.3 VAC
3 - 6.3 VAC
4 - NC
5 - +90 V
6 - +180 V
7 - Audio Output
8 - Audio Output
9 - Shield

That's from the schematics.  On the other hand, the cabling diagram shows the 
cable shields tied to pins 1 and no connection to pins 6 or 9.
