[Boatanchors] Spline knobs for Command receivers?

The old "push on" plastic knobs that were used on a
lot of the old "All American Five" receivers work just
fine. Also, I have seen plastic tubing used as a
coupling between the spline and a short piece of 1/4
inch rod on which a "normal" type of knob is placed.

I have a BC-454 receiver that has had a short piece of
1/4 inch copper tubing (the "soft" kind) pushed over
the spline (which allows the tubing to internally
"take" the shape of the spline) and then a "normal"
knob put on. This knob is definitely removeable yet
works fine. The receiver had this already done when I
obtained it over 30 years ago.

Where can I find tuning knobs that fit into the
splines of my Command receivers? The main tuning shaft
in particular.
