Duane -
  I was not pointing my finger at the management, I was saying that
perhaps the scope of the list is broad and maybe the answers were
being provided by more focused lists.

  Of course, there's no shortage of lists where the scope of the list
is too narrow :-).

  And it's wonderful when Google etc. finds me answers in the
list archives from the past!
