[Boatanchors] ART 13 Power Supply requirements

The conversion manual lists the following:

27vdc @ 10 amps
400vdc @ 225ma
1,250vdc @ 250ma

I sold mine a long time back but seem to remember the supply in the 
conversion manual (Evenson & Beach, Vol. 2) worked just fine.

plate supply OK?  The last published circuit I have seen is the one in 
the old
Surplus Conversion Handbooks but can't remember the basic power layout.
