[Boatanchors] testing a 12BY7?

Hello all,

Does anyone know what settings to use on an I-177B tube tester to test a 12BY7 tube? I have checked the internet and downloaded what appears to be the most up to date chart which I located here:

I have checked for 12BY7, 12BY7A, 12BV7 and 12DQ7 which I understand are substitutes and I cannot locate these in the charts.

Perhaps someone knows that this is equivalent to something else?
