[Boatanchors] Ubolt + saddle?

Steve, I install several roof top TV antenna each month and I know the 
clamps you are looking for. However I don't know where to buy them. I 
get them in the box with each new antenna I install. They antennas are 
made by a company called Winegard  http://www.winegard.com/ you might 
contact them and see if they can sell them to you or tell you who can.
