Not a promotional endorsement - as my opinions are fee free! (chuckle)

I have heard the name of Glen Zook mentioned numerous times on the air where
vintage equipment is the typical topic of choice. Those who had their
various receivers, transmitters or transceivers repaired, refurbished or
fully restored gave Mr. Zook high marks. Not that Glen is perfect, after
all like the rest of us, he too is human and subject to at lease one error
per year, but is one of the best out there for vacuum tube revivals. If Glen
says it works good, and it is what you are seeking, buy with confidence.

> Have a Heath HR-10 receiver in very good condition for
> sale. Covers 80, 40, 20, 15, and 10 meters amateur
> bands only. Only modifications are a 3-wire AC cord
> replacing the 2-wire cord that came on the unit and
> the antenna connector has been changed to a BNC female
> instead of the original RCA phono connector. There is
> a speaker installed in the top of the cabinet.
> However, this is a "no holes" addition (2 of the vent
> holes are used for the machine screws) and it can be
> removed without any problems. The speaker plugs into
> the jack on the back of the receiver. The cabinet is
> crackled (which is the only difference between the
> HR-10 and the HR-10B) but the front panel says HR-10.
