Heiter Electronics, phone 405-364-5335, used to have one in the display
case; he told me it was still good. No idea if he'll sell, or at what
price. but it's a lead.

I've got a 4CX250K I could be persuaded to sell or trade; it was 
represented as NIB to me when I bought it, and indeed came with box,
packing, and tube data sheet.
