[Boatanchors] Need HQ 120 or 129 dials

There are two different bandspread dials for the
HQ-129X.  The earlier versions did not have 15 meters
and the later ones did.  Also, I believe that the
dials from the HQ-140X and HQ-150 are basically the
same.  Of course these will have 15 meters.
