[Boatanchors] Globe Chief 90s

I have two Globe Chief 90 transmitters and both have
very little grid drive and low RF output. Get a
flicker of grid drive from 6AG7 oscillators to the two
807 tubes on each Globe Chief.

Finals dip on both transformers, but the output is low
on both. Output is only about 30 or 35 watts on each.

I have actually took all parts out of one of them and
reduced it to a kit and then rebuilt it according kit
instructions. Same performance upon rebuilding. Tested
all components and replaced all components with kinked
up leads.

Only two stages and three tubes so I am scratching my
head. Your suggestions based on knowledge and
experience will be greatly appreciated. 73, John, K5PGW
