[Boatanchors] Traffic "slack" or is it my ISP?

Those of us in the GREAT STATE OF TEXAS are mourning the loss of one of 
Mexias' greatest products.
She put the village on the map for sure.  No time for radio at the 
moment as we have to follow the soap opera.
