Did you try the Edebris mirror of BAMA?

It is linked from the Home page of BAMA.

The BAMA site is very limited as to the number
of connections but I have never found the Edebris
mirror to be oveloaded.

Just downloaded a manual from BAMA/Edebris recently
and it was working fine.
