Try McMaster or one of the other on-line sources of hardware.  If all they 
have are tapped spacers, you can make threaded studs by screwing a long enough 
screw into a screw cutter backwards so that the flattened thread is toward the 
head portion and will be thrown away (many simple crimping tools are dual 
purpose).
