[Boatanchors] WTB twist lock cap

I need a 40-40 uf @ 450v twixt lock can capacitor.
I just spend the last hour searching on the net but have been unable to find 
one at the usual places.
It is 1-3/8" dia and it can not be over 3-1/2" high; I could use 50-50, 
60-60, etc.
Any ideas on a source?
Or, as a last resort, a "Re-Stuffer" that some one has used before and can 
recommend?
