[Boatanchors] VHF Engineering Synthesizer II

Although it isn't a tube type unit it was designed to
be used with tube type equipment.

I am looking for the instruction manual on the VHF
Engineering Synthesizer II frequency synthesizer that
was designed to be used with the older Motorola,
General Electric, etc. commercial two-way FM equipment
for operation on the 2-meter band.

I obtained one a while back and would like to get it
going again.
