[Boatanchors] Old Electrician's Tape.

Same stuff!  We have the Canadians to thank that they still produce the 
stuff!  They used to use it on baseball bat handles too when they had wooden 
bats.  I still say the aluminium ones sound really "Mickey Mouse" when a 
ball it hit!
