They are pretty standard uninsulated crimp terminals. OTOH, getting small
quantities may be hard. Typically they were made/sold by Thomas & Betts or
AMP and packaged in small boxes by GC and others. You could also use solder
versions, EXCEPT if the wire is 'tinsel' type, where you must use the crimp
terminals or serve the ends with fine wire before soldering.
