Greetings,
The transmitters listed here by me yesterday are free for the taking.
Sorry but I wasn't very clear on that. I just want them to go to a new
home. If it makes you feel better, for the "Trinkets" I mentioned, trade
me for a basic simple HF RX and I'll pass it on to the next potential
young Ham that I come across. But something in trade is not needed, I'm
happy that they go to a new home to be part of a repeater or used for
parts!

Subject: [Boatanchors] Motorola VHF 250 and 100 watt transmitters
Greetings,
In my basement (only two stairs from the back yard). Is a Motorola VHF
High Band paging transmitter in a 6 foot cabinet. 250Watt continuous
duty. Come take it away! located in Maynard MA Bring a trinket to trade
and I'll help you bring it out of the basement. Bring two trinkets or one
bigger one and I'll throw in spare HV Power supplies and PA tubes, perhaps
an RF deck as well. Also available is a 100 Watt Solidstate(dare I say
that?) version as well. Take 'em both and I'm sure my wife will give you
some trinkets, or at least a cup of tea. If tea is to scary there may be
a glass or two of Irish whiskey to numb the resultant back pain. Removal
of these from the basement is the best Christmas present I could give my
wife!
