[Boatanchors] NC-400

This NC-400 I have is so close to being a parts radio, I have decided to
part it out. Without a doubt it was going to take a miracle to find the need
parts to do a restoration. So my decision to part out this piece of history
is based on being able to bring other NC-400's back to life.
Sorry, no s meter, knobs or the front panel trim piece.
