Thank you for writing eBay in regard to seller trying to sell their
radio.
eBay does not have firsthand knowledge of the items that sellers list on
our site. For this reason, we can't guarantee the accuracy of the
listing information. eBay's role is simply to provide a place for buyers
and sellers to trade.
If you have a question about an item, we encourage you to ask the seller
before placing your bid. Be sure to ask for specific item details, such
as its age, authenticity, and condition.
To contact the seller, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the item page.
2. Click the "Ask seller a question" link.
3. Select the appropriate "Subject" from the drop-down menu.
4. Write your question to the seller and then click the "Send" button.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Message: I bought this same radio last year, it was packed improperly
and smashed beyong repair, I was reimbursed by paypal and they received
the radio back into their possession. They are now trying to sell the
SAME radio with the same accessories. The reason I know this is that
these are not exactly common radios. I never left them negative feedback
which in retrospect was a mistake as they are again trying to sell the
radio. You can search through my files you will find all the
correspondence between me and benandasher and also paypal, please pull
this auction as it is a fraud and the radio is worthless, thank you
