I have this box called a 5A attenuator from Western Electric.  Was used 
in Central Office work.  Dual PL-55 stype input and output jacks as well 
as terminals for connecting a cord with spade lugs.  600 ohm in and out 
with twist type controls to adjust attenuation though it.  knobs are 
marked 1-2-4-10-20-40 db.  Other than needing new feet it's in excellent 
condition.  BTW, max power input is .2W so you know it's an audio type 
device.  $25 plus postage.  Would like to have a new home.
