Correction to my post of last night:

The cable clamp size for the 14S shell is AN3057-6 or AN3057-6A, not 8.   The 
difference between the two is that the A has two saddle-bar cross clamps 
whereas the base model has only one heavier one.  And if you're trying to do 
technically correct WW-II vintage looking cables, you need the "non-A".
