[Boatanchors] 3 pin mil connector

Hi All, 

TMC multicoupler has arrived and now I need to make a power plug for it.

The power receptacle on the unit has the following designation:
MS3102A14S-7P   (connector has 3 pins)

I looked this up in amphenol to see if I can figure out the proper
mating connector. Can anyone confirm that what I want is either the:

MS3101A14S-7S(F?)
Or the
MS3106A14S-7S(F?)

According to page 71 of:
http://www.amphenol-aerospace.com/catalogs/12-020/lo/12-020.pdf 
I wasn't sure about the 3106 (straight plug) vs 3101 (cable connecting
plug) I couldn't understand the difference.  Also do I need the F as the
last letter? My understanding is that is for strain relief? 

My interest in asking this question is to avoid buying the wrong
connector. These things sure are complicated!
