That is one of the problems that has plagued BAMA
since the start.  There are only like 10 download
"slots" on the main site and, at least in the past,
these would be "filled" even during the early hours of
the morning.  The mirror site has like 5 times as many
"slots" and you very seldom, if ever, get the "too
many users" notice.

I only use the main site when uploading manuals.  For
downloading I go to the mirror site.
