[Boatanchors] Ronger Mod Identification

It might have been used with the Johnson "Signal Sentry" monitor.  I 
have one with my Ranger/Desk KW station and the manual suggests adding a 
pickup for the transmitter signal via a probe near the final tank coil.  
It may also have been added for a modulation monitor or scope pickup.
