[Boatanchors] TUBES: Fifteen nos 1L4's & Ten nos 3A5's

In October 2006 the AES Catalogue had the 1L4 tubes at $2.00 each, hence 15 
= $30.00.
They also listed 3A5 tubes at $4.30 each + $43.00.
Total + $73.00

The 15 1L4 in the original box might be worth more to someone who has a 
display of a BC 1000A.
