Per the book, they both have the same basing and the same coil 
resistance.  The "J" specs show these operating currents:

Operate current: 4.7mA
Non-operate current: 2.9 mA
Hold current: 2.3 mA
Release current: 1.7 mA

Note: To operate relay on specified values, apply positive potential to pin 8

This relay, like the "K" has biasing magnets so the coil is polarity-sensitive.
