Hello Bob & Crew,
Bob, where did you find the specs on the WE 276K Relay?
I'd love to find an engineering spec on these relays. The Red label I have been told has silver contacts, or possibly even Tungsten contacts. The Blue label I am told has platinum contacts.
I have seen a "WARNING" LABEL on some of these metal can relays stating "DO NOT OPEN-CONTENTS UNDER EXTREME PRESSURE".
The Operating position of Mecury Relays is definitely a limiting factor in their use. I also pretty sure that they are not recommended for high vibration applications.
As far as noise and arcing are concerned they are hard to out perform by other relays.
