[Boatanchors] NC-109 Help Needed

Thanks, everyone, for your help.

I got my NC-109 going. A prior owner had rewired the accessory socket.
I'm not sure why but he sure did rewire it. Once I got it wired
correctly, the set came to life. Now, I have to proceed to restring the
bandspread dial and clean it up. It impresses me as a decent little set.

One point of curiosity, the set contains both .01 paper caps and .01
ceramic disks. Any idea why National didn't stick with one or the other?
All of the paper caps were leaky. The ceramic disks were fine.
