While not the condition that you might have been hoping for, I think you
ought to just sit down and fix it.  Broken glass, can you not buy some
replacement glass and dial cord.  There are guys on this list that send you
some, a little lube for the switch or replace it.

For 39 bucks what do you want?  I think you got a bargain and you just ought
to hunker down and fix it.

If you will sell it to me for your shipping price, I would be glad to have
it.
